What kinds of orders does this policy apply to?

This return policy applies to item purchased directly from Whacker Technologies, Inc.


Products purchased from a 3rd party, such as a distributor, need to be handled through the location of purchase. Whacker Technologies, Inc will not process returns purchased through a 3rd party.


Return Policy


In order to provide superior customer service Whacker Technologies, Inc will issue a refund for any product that is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason return the product to us. All returns for credit or exchange are subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%. The product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged in the original packaging with all parts, packing and user manuals. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Products returned after 14 days or without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to a return or exchange.


All returns must be packaged securely and insured. Refunds will not be issued on items that were damaged in return shipping due to poor packaging. Items showing wear, damage, modification or installation (including, scratches, dents, cuts or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.


Damaged/Defective Items


Whacker Technologies, Inc will replace or repair any defective product that is returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. All defective items returned to us must be accompanied by a company issued RMA number.


Shipping Costs For Returned/Defective/Damaged Items


Whacker Technologies, Inc requires that the return shipping costs are payed for by the customer. After receiving the items back in our warehouse, the return will be processed and a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days (not including holidays). If a item is returned to us as something that was originally received defective/damaged the customer will pay for the item to be returned to Whacker Technologies and Whacker Technologies will pay for the shipping cost back to you.
